I want to purchase units from your facilities but i cant why is that and the game should have it so as when a player buy units from your building you get 15% of the profits

wenn kein Englisch i Deutsch schreiben, so heres die Deutsch Teil dessen, was ich schrieb: Ich möchte Einheiten aus Ihrem Anlagen kaufen, aber ich kann nicht warum das so ist und das Spiel sollte es so, wie wenn ein Spieler kaufen Einheiten aus Ihrem Gebäude erhalten Sie 15% der Gewinne

if you are president of a state or loyal mayor of a city you can not gather rebels and criminals anymore.
